Sheen started acting in 1974 at the age of nine, appearing in a small role alongside his father in the television movie The Execution of Private Slovik. His film career began in 1984 with a role in the Cold War teen drama Red Dawn. Charlie had his first major role in the Vietnam War drama Platoon in 1986. His bad boy behavior, however, is rumored to have started long before then, as he was expelled from high school just weeks before graduation for a combination of poor grades and a tendency to not show up.

Charlie Sheen has a long history of brawling and drunken or drug-fueled accidents. Here’s a few of the highlights:

In 1990, he accidentally shot his then-fiancee, Kelly Preston, in the leg and though it was a minor wound, it needed two stitches. Their relationship ended shortly after the incident.

In 1995, Charlie Sheen was named as one of many clients who visited brothels owned by Heidi Fleiss in her court case. When questioned about this, Sheen responded “I love sex and I can afford it”.

In 1998, Sheen tried injecting cocaine, accidentally giving himself an overdose. He was hospitalized, but discharged from the hospital quickly. His father Martin reported him for violation of parole. A warrant was issued for his arrest, and Charlie was sent to rehab.

In 2005, Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen’s then-wife, while she was still pregnant with their daughter Lola, Richards filed for divorce, accusing him of abusing drugs and alcohol and threatening Richards with violence.

In 2009, Charlie Sheen was arrested on charges of domestic violence, including second-degree assault and menacing, against his wife Brooke Mueller.

In 2010, Charlie Sheen took a break from Two and a Half Men to voluntarily enter a rehab facility.

Despite all of this, Charlie Sheen’s sitcom Two and a Half Men is America’s Number One Comedy, according to CBS. People are lining up in droves to watch the show, and during the Winter Olympics last year, a re-run of the show beat both American Idol and the Olympics.

The the two-toned bowling shirts with a retro style and feel that Charlie Sheen wears on Two and a Half Men are some of the hottest items in menswear this year. Charlie Sheen shirts are a must for the fashion conscious hipster.

In March of 2010, Sheen’s press representatives announced that he was leaving rehab and returning to work on the popular show. Charlie Sheen reportedly signed an agreement to return to the sitcom for another two years for a whopping $1.78 million per episode. It appears that we’ll be seeing Charlie Sheen and his shirts on television for quite some time.

It’s official! Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps has already started production. Just recently, Michael Douglas and Shia LaBeouf were spotted at the Central Park zoo. No, not checking out the chimps and zebras, but filming on set of the much anticipated sequel to Wall Street. The original starred Charlie Sheen as Bud Fox, a budding stockbroker who was more than willing to get out of his moral boundaries just to make it big in the stock trading arena. Wall Street 2 will hit the theatres sometime next year, and is expected to have Charlie Sheen comeback on a cameo appearance to reprise his role.
Okay, now that we know Wall Street 2 is currently in production, and Charlie Sheen is appearing on a cameo, fans wonder which else among his previous hit films will have a sequel? Previously, talks about Charlie Sheen’s departure from WME stirred some speculations that he could take on a directorial role and do another Hot Shots film.
Well, Sheen is indeed a hot shot now that he has been named as the highest earning TV actor. Being the highest paid dude in the lot gives one huge leeway to do pretty much anything he wants to do.

Seriously, though, now that talks about Sheen leaving Two and a Half Men are playing quite prominently in the showbiz world, what would fans want Sheen to do next? Have him do the next Platoon, but this time take the story to Afghanistan or Iraq? Or perhaps he could do a sequel to Major League, but this time while bringing in some of today’s hottest young actors. Well, Sheen would obviously stay away from any more Scary Movie instalments, the last two of which he appeared in.

Who knows? Sheen could be up to something that would hit all of us with a bang right after Wall Street 2. You know the dude. He’s full of surprises.

As if all the good stuff is not enough for Charlie Sheen, he’s up for a cameo return for Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps. Yes, you’ve got that right. The unforgettable Bud Fox, played by Sheen in the original Wall Street some 22 years back, will be reprised in the sequel.

No swanky shirts and humor as dry as a neat martini from Sheen here – just a short and sweet cameo in a role that we remembered him for way back in the late ’80s, when the original Wall Street movie was all the rage. There is pretty much no other insider information for now – this is just about everything we know, and as director Oliver Stone has revealed in an interview.

Sheen made a name for himself in the first Wall Street as a budding stockbroker, eager to get to the top in the cutthroat game of stock trading. In a desperate attempt to snag Michael Douglas’ character Gordon Gekko as a client, Sheen went out of his way and did something that has been proven to land corporate giants in jail: Reveal insider information to Gekko to turn a major deal to his advantage.

Wall Street 2 will include a lineup of A-list stars, including Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko, rising star Shia LeBeouf as greenhorn trader and lead character Jake Moore. LeBeouf’s character is also the fiancé of Gekko’s daughter, played by Carrey Mulligan. Susan Sarandon plays the mother to Shia’s character. Also in the film are Josh Brolin and Frank Langella. Shooting begins this week in New York, and the movie is scheduled to be released in April of next year.

What is yet to be confirmed, a number of fans of the original Wall Street are also eagerly hoping for a special cameo role by Martin Sheen as Bud’s dad.

Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps is an apt title for Sheen’s comeback, and for his continuing success on and off screen. If money does sleep for Sheen, that’ll be the day.
